Pretty URL's not working on server

Hi,
We hosted C5 onhttp://www.ipower.com - when I click on 'pretty urls' in C5 - my links won't work to the sub pages. Got an error, 'no input file specified'.
I uploaded the htaccess file with the proper coding from C5 and it still does not work.
Can someone tell me how to make this work?
