Prevent Block Data from Copying

Is there a way to prevent a block from copying a specific field when copied from one page to another?

For instance, I have created a block that has a specific label for Google Analytics Events. However, I do not want that label to copy when the block is copied, forcing the user to add a new label if they want the action of the copied block tracked in GA. Is this possible?

If this is a custom block you can edit (or create if it's not there) the duplicate function and not transfer this field, however there is no way to force the user to add that field back in once they've put it on a new page.
