Problem downloading addons

I can't seem to download any free addons. When I select an addon it shows up in my cart, but when I click the checkout button it states the cart is empty.

I have been able to download addons as recently as last week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can download free addons / themes directly from their marketplace pages. Go to their page, and at the bottom you should see a "download archive" link.

I had previously tired that and it does not work. The only thing that happens is a very small white box appears, but nothing downloads.
