Problem Uploading MP3 Files

Hey Guys: I'm having a really hard time trying to increase the file upload size on 1&1 internet. The root directory to my project is read only so I cant update and load a new ph5.ini file to override the file limitation size. Anyone got ideas on how to remedy this?

I haven't Mike, but I'm thinking its there folks who are going to know how to change the permissions on the root directories. Man I spent the whole day struggling with this issue. I'm surprised that as the renter of the server space my account doesn't appear to have the ability to change the permissions.
