problem w/external links
Permalink
All the links on our site that open in a new window work fine. Problem is that when you come back to our page/website after viewing them, there is a strange dotted-line box around the link. It goes away when you click on the page, but its hideous. Only happens with those type of links. Not on links that open in the current window.
How can I remove this box?
If you need a reference the site ishttp://www.ajafamilyhealth.com. Easy page to see it on would be 'Your Resources' page. Click on any of the links in the right-sidebar near the bottom (purchase supp or below). If you go to any of the ed/professional/people links pages you can click on any link to try it out.

I'm using Firefox. Maybe that is why the box appears when you go back to my website after clicking an external link.
Didn't see the error msg you were referring to, but I did turn on pretty URLS. Thanks for the tip.

Hi,
Please find the attachment, at the first post and see the error.
It is funny, that you have an dot, in between com and the pagename, example: .comDOT/aja-babies.

Good luck. Anders

So strange. The "dot" isn't there when i look at the site via firefox and explorer.
When I use your link I see it. But its not listed in my SEO page with a "dot". Also wondering if the titles aren't converting for you? All the headers should be in a script font, not that huge block font. Urghh....
Not sure, but I think a lot of websites leave a box around the external links once you've clicked them and returned back to your site. Seems to happen in firefox and explorer. The firefox boxes are quite large though. Still wondering is there is a way to get rid of these...

I can't see the problem. I went here:
http://www.ajafamilyhealth.com./index.php/resources/education-links...
Clicked the links, but no dotted-line box. I am using chrome.
Please find the attached image showing an error from this page:

If you want to get rid of the index.php, turn on pretty url.
Best
Anders
