Problem with Terminal Velocity

Good morning,

I purchased the theme "Termianal Velocity" today, but now I can't use it! In my transaction's history there is the massage, that the licence is bought, but when I move to 'Projects' only the massage "Add Item to this Project
You have no licenses to associate."
is shown.
So how can I associate and download this theme to use it?

ok, alredy solved - it was alredy associated to another project.
But now I have another problem: I can't download the theme.
"The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
An error occurred while downloading the package."
