Problem with CSS?

The original site looked no problem with CSS but when turning it into the theme and uploading it to C5, I found CSS set to the top navi was not applied.
The weired thing is that the rest of the parts has no problem with CSS.
I checked the site on Safari at that time.
(I didn't see that problem on Firefox.)
Does someone have any ideas for this?
