When I enable pretty urls on godaddy servers, I get "No input file specified"

When I try to access the SSL url to my domain, it tells me there are too many redirects.

Can someone assist me to understand what I need to do in order to allow a single page SSL enabled.

trying to get this page to appear under ssl.
http://www.walkingwithanthony.org/index.php?cID=126...

when I change the config BASE_URL to https:// it gives me a too many redirects error.

so I added this
define('REDIRECT_TO_BASE_URL', false);

now i can access the site but not via https://

I'm stuck on how to get this working properly.

Please advise.
