Problems with website showing on iPhone and android

Just starting a new website and using Concrete5 5.6.2.1.
However, I can't get it to show up on Chrome or Safari on either an iPhone (vs 6.1.3) or Android, though it does work on my iPad mini (latest IOS).
A concrete5 logo shows up with the error:
"Page Not Found. No page could be found at this address."
Are there any solutions to this?
