ProBlog how to add a search block?

I just installed the problog addon, but I can't figure out how to add a search block.

I see the block in the package folder (problog > blocks > search) but when I click on an area in my page template to add the block, there is only the regular search block. Is this what I am supposed to use?

Ahh, just saw it in the documentation:

HAVING A "BLOG" STYLED SEARCH BLOCK

go to your search page in your site and put it in edit mode
click on the block and select "custom template"
select "Blog Search"

Hello,
I am also getting the problem with setting up a search page. I added a page with Search block on it and then added the custom template 'Blog Search' to it in its edit mode. It works fine except that the search box is shown. I want to remove it from there and i cant find a way to do it.
Please if you can help.
Thanks

I still have my search box showing, so I can't say...sorry. Although you could probably hide the box using css / javascript...a bit of a hack but it will do.

Ok I thought there must be an option for it. I will position it using css then.
Thanks

Well, under the "Search options" (if you select edit) you can check the box that says "Post to another Page elsewhere" but I haven't used it so I'm not sure how it works.
