Product oriented site using concrete5

Dear,
Any one can help me. I am very new to concrete5 and I want to create product oriented website, almost same like this site

Is it possible to use concrete5 for this or is it better to use special CMS?
I need an ingredient library likehttp://www.lierac-usa.com/en/About_Lierac/Ingredients_Library.aspx...

I have good skill with PHP & MySQL. I decided to do my own CMS for this site, that time I got concrete5 so I just try with this and normal pages are OK for me. Please give an advice where I want to start, any documentation or tutorial links are helpful.

Yes, you can! :-)

You can use the core team's eCommerce addon to get a result almost exactly like the site you referenced. It costs $$ but it comes with great support!

Oh, and for the ingredient list I think there is an FAQ addon that probably does the same thing you need.
