Profile page - show customer status updates?

Design business wants to have Client pages that will display latest updates.
So far, I set up profiles and have C5 redirect to the appropriate profile page after logging in.
After that, though, I have no idea what to do. There is an "Add To Main" in the Profile template, but whatever I add there gets put on every single member's profile page.
Basically, I just want the Admin to be able to add text via a Content Block to every client's page so they can log in and view a simple progress report.
