ProForms e-comm integration

Hi,
ProForms comes with integration for Authorize.net, PayPal and Wepay. We are looking to integrate with a different payment gateway. Has anyone used ProForms for e-comm with a different gateway? Wondering how easy it is to re-configure.

A very old discussion but I wonder if you ever discovered if Profroms could be easily configured for another payment processor?
