Question on marketplace items and new versions of c5

I am going through and checking / updating all of my add ons for 5.6+. All of them are set to not serve up anything when a new version of c5 comes out. Yet all of them have my most recent version listed for the new versions.
Is this a bug? I was expecting to see them listed as not serving anything for 5.6.0, 5.6.1 and 5.6.2.
