Hi everyone,

I am fairly new to concrete5 and developing the site using concrete5.7.5.13. Most of the things are going well except redactor in chrome.

1- Open the page to edit in chrome (Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit))
2- Edit "Content" block
3- Select a single word from the middle of the paragraph
4- Click "B" icon to "Bold" the selected word.
5- It doesn't make the word bold.

If you see the attached screenshot when I click the "bold" icon, it splits the string into 3 parts but does not wrap the string in <p>, instead, it wraps in the double quote (")

I even applied the fix herehttps://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/pull/5425/files...
But even this didn't fix the issue.

Please help me on this urgently.
