register age groups

is their a current feature or addon that the new register can put in their birth date and they will automatically be placed in a specific group (age 0-3, 4-8, etc) i have content on the site that is age rated and i will place group permission accordingly. one other aspect is it would need to keep track of their age so after their birthday they would possibly be moved to the next group.
