register/do_register/ Page Not Found

Hi having issues with page not found, I enabled Public Registration with email validation, but when user submits registration request it goes to DOMAIN/index.php/register/do_register/ and and it shows (Page Not Found) no email are send to user and no new user are added to members.
I'm noobe to c5, do i miss something? followed instructions:
