Reinstall blog

Hi I have tried to reinstall blog verson 1.2.3.3 on a C5.4.0 install but will not remove everything and not installed everything again. It seems that the installation script breakage. I have tried to remove all the blog pages in the sitemap. And also removed all page types to the blog. But it still do not work out.
The error I get when I try to reinstall

• mysql error: [1062: Duplicate entry 'blog_tags-1' for key 2] in EXECUTE("insert into AttributeKeys (akHandle, akName, akIsSearchable, akIsSearchableIndexed, akIsAutoCreated, akIsEditable, atID, akCategoryID, pkgID) values ('blog_tags', 'Blog Tags', 1, 0, 0, 1, '1', '1', 0)")
So what should I do?
