I have removed manually a block directory. Now the page with block types is not working. I just tryed to restore the block folder and clear the cache but it not helps.

I get this message on block types page:

Fatal error: Class 'BasicTestBlockController' not found in F:\PROGRAMS\concrete5_dev\apps\concrete5\htdocs\concrete\core\libraries\loader.php on line 402

EDIT:
Now I have removed the block type record from the BLOCKTYPES table the page works again
