I have started a new page type for my existing website template and i want to eliminate the header nav, where i am now using mega menu in my stack, because i need to hide my header nav.

Please, how do i make a new page type then remove the header nav (mega menu) for just this new page type without it messing up any other page on my website??

every time i delete the header nav in the edit mode for the new page type, it of course removes the header nav (mega menu stack) for every page in the site. not good!

also my custom properties are set to hide all reference to this new page from the sitemap, etc, will be used as a landing page for google

i am developing live on my site on my own linux server.

all ideas appreciated
