Renaming Scrapbooks without losing content in them

Hi guys,
I renamed a few of my scrapbooks with numerous blocks in them.
When I viewed the scrapbooks after the change of name, to my shock all content was empty.
The only thing that helped was to change the name back to the original and then all content was back in there.
This may not sound as such a big deal - as no harm was done, but I suspect this is a problem of c5 functionality. Once the scrapbook name is changed the access to the content is gone.
Can anyone advice on how to rename scrapbooks without losing the access to content in them?
