rendering error

Hi, I have a global area in my footer it and I have a problem when I refresh the page it renders the stack every other time, any idea why?

Was this Global area once a standard area? if it was it may be related to this bug:

Yep thats the one thats a nice core bug, rebuilding the area now to try and fix it
