Replace Site Name with Logo

I made a new website using Concrete5. I need to somehow replace the site name at the top with the company logo. What is the best way to go about this?

What exactly is meant by "change it to an image block?" I've gone to dashboard/scrapbook/global, changed: "My_Site_Name" to something different, then went to 'edit' and inserted a jpeg picture that does show up in the edit box, and also shows up in the global scrapbook area, but the change won't show up when I go back to view the website. I've cleared the cache and tried various other things, nothing seems to work.I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my C5 install-which was taken care of by my webhost IPage through SimpleScript. (I'm using C5's plain vanilla theme-or whatever it is called. And know very very little so please dumb down any help you can give.) Thanks.

Not sure if I'm following what you did exactly but: When you changed "My_Site_Name" in the Global Scrapbook, you changed what was in the content box not the box name, right?
The "My_Site_Name" block can be recreated as an image block instead of a content block but it is really unnecessary because a content block will accept an image (logo) also. Just make sure its resized to fit in your sites name area :)
If you changed the name of the block, it should work if you rename it back to "My_Site_Name"

Thanks. I had in fact changed "My_Site_Name" during my attempts to figure it out. I changed it back and just like you said, it worked. Appreciate the quick response too.

Thanks very helpful. I did struggle some with getting the logo to show but cleared the cache (under site wide settings) and the image appeared.

I'm having trouble too. I am using the yogurt theme, updated to 5.5, running Chrome on XP.

I clicked edit on 'Content: "My_Site_Name"', deleted the text that was there (My Truck Lube), and inserted a picture after I uploaded to the File Manager from the local drive.

I see the logo there. Seems like it should work. I even saved it.

I still don't see it when I go back to the home page.

got it. seems you've got to delete the block. seems to be an ongoing theme i think:
