Replacing Index Page

Permalink
Hi all,

Recently in a massive hacking scheme against my server host, a whole slew of index pages got defaced. Mine included. Now, it was only the index page that was really affected. All my other files and themes are working fine. Problem is, without my index.php I'm unable to get to anything else in the dashboard to perform a restoration of my own.

They don't appear to have a backup of my file, either.

What should index.php's code look like so that I can upload another and get c5 functioning as it should, again?

I would just download whatever version of Concrete5 you are using and grab the index file out of that, but typically the c5 index.php is the following.

<?php
require('concrete/dispatcher.php');

By chance, do you use InMotion Hosting? I was working on a site this weekend that did that right underneath me as I was editing it; that is not very encouraging for this host.

I do, indeed...and no, it does not bode well for them at all.

Worked like a charm, by the way. Thanks much :)
