Replicating content from existing HTML website within Concrete5 replacement

When I'm building pages into the Concrete5 version, how do I move content from the HTML version?

A. Should I just copy/clean/paste plain text and then format it within Concrete5?

B. Can I copy the main column HTML and paste that within the equivalent page in Concrete5?

C. Can I use MultiMarkDown to format text, then paste that HTML into Concrete5?

I find the best way is to paste clean HTML into a content block using the text editor (TinyMCE) in code (HTML) view.

This will only work well if the original code is clean and well structured so the Concrete5 theme's CSS can target the elements (H1, H2, p etc.) properly.

You could of course paste plain text and re-style it but that can take a lot of time depending on how many pages you have to do.
