Reply to Guestbook Comments

My client has a blog in her c5 website. It is set up on the default blog, with a guestbook block at the end of each post, for readers' comments.

How can my client post a reply to a comment in the guestbook?
Many of her posts are bringing up discussion, and I can't figure out how to enable that on the website's blog pages.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does it has to be the Guestbook plugin? It indeed nice to have the possibility to reply on comments. Doesn't seem to be there right now..

Did you take a look at the facebook comments? So you client also have the debate on facebook and that way more people will join in on the conversation?http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/facebook-comment/...

The best internal solution I have found for comment threads is using the discussion forums add on, although it's a pretty complex set up to get it working. The facebook comments add on is a viable solution but I prefer to use the Disqus Comments add on in place of guestbook/comments as your site visitors can comment using MANY networks of YOUR choice and comment moderation is pretty strait forward and easy!! And the add on is FREE!!
