Request to change Tracking Code location

The new Google analytics code is supposed to be added to the header. The current C5 Tracking Code section adds it to the footer. Any plans to update this?

I don't think we need to move the tracking code to the header as much as we need two sections in Sitewide Settings.

1. Additional Header Code
2. Additional Footer Code
