You may use the Enhanced User List add-on. You need to create 3 different pages from sitemap. There's no need to create any single page. Then add the Enhanced User List block which will allow use to show users by attributes. Though the add-on doesn't have any documentation but it is very useful. I've used it in one of my clients site. At the time of adding block, it might show an error. But it can be fixed. If you cannot, then PM me. I'll let you know how to do that.

Thanks for the reply, the Enhanced User List is no longer available but the seller says I can still purchase it although I can't see any of the details or screen shots.

I've used it there. If you cannot see the page and it asks for login, just use the below credentials
username: demo
password: demo1234

Let me know after checking. I'll delete that credentials as it is a live site.
