Reviews - Add a Title Field

Hi is it possible to add an additional input field where users can type in a title?

I have created a new package called 'Review With Title' based on the Reviews add-on so it now includes a reviewer-generated title to each review. To install, download the attached zip file and expand it on your local computer. Upload the resulting 'reviews_with_title' folder to your '[root]/packages/' folder

Then visit "Dashboard->Extend Concrete5" and scroll down until you find 'Reviews With Title' and click the 'Install' button.
