Hi,
I've just got round to using the rich-text option for custom text-attributes. I think I must be missing something... I don't seem to get any formatting options in the page properties dialogue (see attached).
I wanted list options specifically... Or am I barking up the wrong tree here?

this is a known problem, just go to the actual page (not through sitemap) and hit properties and edit it that way for now

I've run into the same problem, but when i go to add the rich-text content to the custom attribute on the page itself, the data does not get submitted. In Firebug, the field that should have my rich-text content "akID[75][value]" is blank, where other non-rich text fields have content. The submission goes through without error, but because nothing was posted, no content gets added and does not display on the page.
Because of this, I cant add rich-text content at all to my custom attributes. I'd love not to make core modifications, but in the name of getting this fixed, can anyone think of anything I can do, or where I might look to fix this?
I have about 14 custom attributes assigned to that particular page type. They all submit and display fine except for the rich-text field.

I get this too now. I too have a bunch of rich text attributes and they don't save. I may switch back to plain text but would love this to be fixed if possible.
