RSS Displayer - "load more"

Hi,
Any advice on getting the RSS Displayer to have a "load more" function? That is, I want to display the first 10 items from a feed. If the user wants the next 10 they click on a "load more" the block updates with the next 10.
I've been going through the SimplePie docs but I'm stumped.

Might not be exactly what you're looking for, but in the past I've just included a link to a second page that displayed the entire feed.
If you show the RSS feed using my Universal Content Puller addon, the list of posts includes a pagination option.
