RSS Displayer with Images?

How can I modify the RSS Displayer Block to also pull in image files attached to the feed that I'm parsing?

This is the feed in question:
http://worldnews.msnbc.msn.com/_feeds/rss2/author...

I want to be able to display the images attached to these news stories.
