I need the Help of someone that can walk me through putting together a site for selling multiple items with cart buttons? I have already put together the site I just need to add the images (a lot) and link the buttons to them ie, PayPal. I have a standard business account with PayPal but cannot figure out how to get these buttons linked to individual items. Please only reply to this if you have done it and know exactly how to get it done right, I'm not experienced enough for someone to guess and mislead me. Also this is a very small company so the eCommerce add-on is not an answer I can rely on, it is crazy expensive... Five times what the entire domain and hosting account cost. I'm looking for a free/cheap solution, if there isn't one then maybe I've come to the wrong place? Please help me someone! I'm loosing my cool with this.

Hi,

As long as you're not selling downloads, you can use Paypal.

Configure each item in your Paypal account and then copy and paste the generated code into C5.

Go to - Merchant Services - Add PayPal buttons to your website.

Then fill your requirements.

BTW: The commerce plugin is not expensive if you make a profit?

If you are selling downloads try the addon:

Hope that will help.

Hi Steev
Indeed the commerce is not expensive if it pay's off but I don't see spending that amount and crossing fingers as an option. That seems like more of an upgrade feature for the future.

So I have done the merchant service thing with PayPal and have saved buttons, the conflict lies with adding an image to c5 and correctly linking said image to the button? make sense?

This process I assume will be repeated hundred's of time for each item/design I want to sell.

P.S. nothing is downloadable/virtual

T.Y for your help

No, but like the theme you mentioned (those ruddy ducks?) is that done with eCommerce add-on? one image=1 button in 1 box?

Whether you have one product or a hundred, they all need a unique SKU (product code)!

You want to display products in a row?

Try the free image gallery with option for URL link.
