SagePay UK email doesn't include a list of products

Hi there,

I've sent two direct messages to the owner of this add-on (without reply) and got 3 other people to look into this without luck and now I need to ask the general community for any ideas that might help!

Basically the confirmation email that gets sent out to the website owner when someone orders something on the site doesn't list the products ordered. The space where it should appear is just blank. Having spoken to SagePay directly it says Concrete5 just isn't transferring this info as it should.

Does anyone have any ideas whatsoever on how to fix this? This is my last hope!
