sample content?

I'm trying to make an installation package that has MY custom content in place of the sample content that's typically displayed. I found the /concrete/config/install/ sub-folders and adjusted all the items there, zipped it all back up and installed it, but the standard concrete5 sample content was still there.

Where do I look?

WOW! Feeling pretty stupid right now. No wonder no one replied. Turns out I was editing one file and uploading another - over and over again. Moron. Thanks for holding back on the ridicule!

For anyone who's still trying to figure it out, look for the content.xml files in the /concrete/config/install sub-directories (there are a couple of them). It's obvious from there.
