Sandbox to Live! Migration

We are using Concrete5 to redesign, rebuild and add new features to our old website. In doing so, like most companies do, we are building the website in a development environment. Once the website is done, we will migrate it to our production servers. However, the project was added to the community using the private IP Address of our internal development environment. We also purchased a license for an add-on and assigned the license to that project. What problems am I going to run into when I migrate the website from the development environment to the production environment and how would I go about reassigning the licenses to the production environment / project?

I believe, you'd just lose the connection to the marketplace on the live version. You should still be able to use the dev version normally. meaning you'd still be able to download from marketplace to the dev site and then upload the files live.
