Is there any way to create an additional personal scrapbook in a site, that only i have access to? Or, is there any way to set permissions on a whole scrapbook?

I need to either hide a whole scrapbook from a user group or at least set the permissions on every block that's in the scrapbook. I know i can set the individual block permissions, but is there a more global way to do this with scrapbooks either through advanced permissions or programmatically?
