Scrapbook Won't Load

I went to add a block from my global scrapbook to some new pages on my website. For whatever reason, the global scrapbook will not load. I can add any kind of block just fine, except when I try to "paste from scrapbook" I just get the loader icon that goes on for infinite.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any help or direction would be appreciated.

I am experiencing the same problem. Anybody with suggestions. Please help. Thanks
I am not sure if this amounts to much. But I have found a way to resolve the problem I was facing. I basically created a block and pasted from the Scrapbook to enable me view the its contents and deleted all of them from the scrapbook. By the next morning I was able to load the scrapbook. I hope this makes sense.
Did you try clear cache , update cache ?
Yes...did a couple of times without luck. Maybe I was too impatient to allow the cache clear.
