Scrapbook Access Denied

Okay so I purchased the scrapbook tabs for a site that's in development. Its working great.
But the scrapbook's edit feature has been throwing a access denied everytime I try to edit my content blocks in my newly created scrapbook. I'm the only admin so far in the site. I tried clearing my cache and logged out and logged back in and can't find out what the problem is.
Permission issues? Any idea how to fix?
