I need the search block to search pages in the another language of my site. The PageList block can do this.

See, Attachment 1... I have a bilingual 5.8 site where all the news pages are created with Composer and all saved inside /fr/actualites then I create page aliasses of the /fr/actualites/... pages inside /en/news/...

I use a multilingual composer form to enter all the data at once using specific page attributes for each language. Attributes like title_fr, title_en, description_fr, description_en, etc. Some attributes do not need to be doubled like product_price, start_date, end_date, etc.

I have 2 pages with the PageList Block. Both are listing the pages inside /fr/actualites and the output is in the proper language...

In the Search block, selecting a specific page (/fr/actualites) in the block options does not work. See Attachment 2.

How can I make the search block to search pages in the another language of my site?

How to index alias pages?
