Search Block Problem?

Hey,
Is it just me or does any search query shorter than 4 characters not return anything?
e.g. what if my users try to search for "map"?
On my c5 site, everything is indexed fine and anything longer than 4 characters will show up fine in search results
e.g. one page whose meta keywords include address and map: searching for "address" will create results... "map" no results
Any ideas?
