Secondary Auto-Nav bar not displaying in IE7
Permalink
Hello all,
I've been building a website of the volunteer organisation I'm part of and, whilst giving a brief demo to everyone, encountered an annoying and incredibly embarrassing issue.
The problem is that I have been building the site exclusively using Chrome because I dislike IE. The site has a main auto-nav bar for public facing navigation and a secondary auto-nav bar for registered users to access. This bar displays perfectly in Chrome but not at all in IE7. I've Googled the issue and a few posts here seems to point to issues displaying Cufon fonts, or something like that, but it affects IE9.
How can I get around this? Some of the site users are far from experts on using PCs and would have enough difficulty downloading a new browser let alone updating something to fix the Cufon issue (assuming that's what is causing it).
Any ideas? I've attached screenshots of the same page in the different browsers to show the issue (IE also screws up the spacings but that's less of an issue).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
