Security Wall has disappeared from my Dashboard...

Hi--
Been searching, but no luck: Security Wall is gone from my dashboard (both in 5.4.11 and the updated 5.4.2).
The only thing I've gathered is that I may have disabled it for myself (as Admin), but I looked all around for that (possible) setting under "User and Groups" (and their tabs)--and no luck.
Can someone please help me out with this?
