Seeking Financier for Razor Commerce Package

As some of you may know already I've long-held the dream of making a free Commerce Package for Concrete5. How many potential lifelong users of C5 have we lost simply because we put a price tag on what ultimately is the goal of many sites. To sell stuff, to process transactions, it's one of the basic elements of doing business online. I want to libertize this and hopefully make eCommerce for C5 as turnkey as WooCommerce does for WordPress.
Which brings me to the point of this post. It won't be easy to get a solid, versatile eCommerce suite into the hands of developers and site owners. But myself and my small team are ready to take on this challenge. We're looking for a financing partner to help. We'll do this dragon style and say that what we want currently is $15,000 for 20% equity in the resulting addon.
How will we make money with a free addon you ask? Well on day 1 of the launch we plan to already to provide 5 premium C5 addons that enhance the free Razor Commerce system. You only have to look at the multimillion dollar enterprise WooThemes has built up to see the potential in the extension marketplace. Giving away your core product drives adoption, selling extensions powers continual growth as well as providing a healthy profit. We envision the day when Razor Commerce is a well known system even outside of the C5 ecosystem. Within C5 we expect it to be installed on as much as 10% of all C5 sites within the next 3-years.
We are also interested in hearing from developers who are interested in helping out. We won't offer any payment currently but we will provide credit, and a great experience being part of a high profile project. Later contributors will also get opportunities for paid gigs as the system grows. Lifetime licenses are also up for grabs for the Razor Commerce Extensions.
We are hugely thankful to the C5 core team for making C5.7 an awesome system to work with and we're very excited about using it's great structure as the platform for Razor Commerce.
