Select Options Don't Save in Block with Repeating Entries in 5.7

I am working on a block that allows you to enter repeating items, as if you were creating a list.
I am trying to add a select options (drop-down) per item. It is not saving the data properly, and I can't find any info on how to do this.
The block is being developed in 5.7.4.2.
Does anyone know how to do this? Or is this a bug in 5.7.4.x?
