Send Comment form email to page owner or email adddress from a custom attribute

I have a site with multiple vendors who will maintain their own page. There is a comment form for their clients to use. i need the comments email to send to the page owner or a custom page attribute which contains their email address. Is this possible?

I am using 5.6.2.1 on this build.
