C5 works OK on SAN, but not on NAS

My developers tell me that there is a problem with the server.
Something about speed.
I need your expertise! Please *HELP*
1. Status
A. The source code was installed on 'NAS' (Network Attached Storage) of a QA server for server dualization (server replication?)
B. Logged in as admin, there are delays on some particular pages.
2. Detail:
A. Logged in as admin, when we refresh the site (F5), delays occur once out of 3~4 tries, lasting for 30 seconds.
B. Similiar delays occur for images inserted as :http://www.concrete5.org/download_file/view_inline/353/

If they move the whole source to SAN and test under the same environment, the site is accesible without any problem.
Did anyone suffer this kind of problem?
