Server Update, won't send email

Using Concrete 5.7.5.13
When I send an email with the contact form, I am getting an error:
Header must match with the format "name:value"
"/updates/concrete5.7.5.13_remote_updater/concrete/vendor/zendframework/zend-mail/src/Header/GenericHeader.php"

If I try to send 1 using my community cart I get:
mb_decode_mimeheader() expects exactly 1 parameter, 3 given
