Setting up Composer in concrete5.7.5.9

I am trying to setup composer as per the c5 site documentation.
However, I do not get Category showing up in Systems & Setting > Attributes (Step 3)
Just collections, user and file.

How can I add it?
I have correctly added the topic tree and keywords

I have managed to get it setup (sort of) but when I go to create a blog entry I get a Loaderror! (pareserror) in the Blog Entry Topics field. And when I open the page it is blank...
