Setup a form to mail an email address the typed content

Hi there!

I have a guest blogger (ask the vet section) who needs to have people's queries reach her. I'm not sure what the best way of doing this is but because setting up advanced permissions is complex and time consuming I wanted the 'Ask the vet' form to shoot the content to her email address. Any addons or tips on doing this would really be appreciated launch is in 2 days :)

Can't you just make a contact form and enter her e-mail address to receive the info? I just did that on my website. In Edit Form > Options there is a place to enter an e-mail address to receive form replies. Hope that works for you..
